Ultra HI-FLOAT is a patented liquid solution that dries inside latex helium-filled balloons to form a coating that keeps the helium in.A single squirt inside a balloon can increase floating times by up to 25 times longer!This gives the added benefit that you can inflate your balloons a day before the party so you can concentrate on other preparations.
