Inflate your balloons and knot the end. 2.Remove a balloon hanger from the backing sheet. 3. Slide the neck of the balloon into the open end of the balloon hanger. 4. Ensure the rigid clasp sits between the main body of the balloon and the knot. 5. Apply the balloon hanger with balloon attached to your desired surface.
